SAO PAOLO, Brazil — Brazil’s president says 62 people are dead after a passenger plane crashed in Sao Paulo today.

Cell-phone video from the ground shows the propeller-powered plane spiraling and falling from the sky, killing 58 passengers and four crew members.

Sao Paulo’s state fire brigade said several crews have been sent to the crash site, which looks to be close to a residential area.
