New gospel songs this week (November 8) are a blend of holiday cheer, growing relationships and reflecting on God’s mercy.

ANTHNY‘s latest release comes in the form of “Mercy.” The singer confesses that he can’t move forward to freedom without God’s power as he asks Him for mercy.
“The Story I Tell” is another Ahjah Walls collab with Housefires released this week. Kelontae Gavin makes an appearance on the background vocals. Key message: It’s well because I trust in You.
nobigdyl. returns with a vibey track called “Texaco” which is about letting go of some things – no pun to all the things he let off his chest in the bars shared. It’s one of three songs on his new EP, “Even Lower.”

Stevie Rizo leads his new “Crowns” album with a Christian R&B love story around Ruth and Boaz. The song, titled “Ruth and Boaz,” explores the dichotomy between the two biblical figures and Bonnie and Clyde. “Ruth and Boaz” provides a deeper level connection that doesn’t require the “riding or dying” for each other, but moreso to self for the Kingdom and the beginning of a long lineage together.
This track by Me’Kayla came out last week but doesn’t go without mentioning. “Give Me You” is something we could all use more of in the Kingdom – more God.
