Whew! Ciara may be a wife and a mother of four, but make no mistake she is still an artist first. Coming back on the music scene like she never left, Ciara returns to her musical roots — and she’s all the way in her R&B bag. Dropping the super sexy video for her new track, “Ecstasy,” Ciara is front and center with a series of seductive dance moves, glamorous styling and lyrics that make it clear she means business in the bedroom.

The ultra sleek clip is helmed by famed director Diane Martel, as Cici sensually croons about what she’s capable of when it’s time to show and prove between the sheets. “My body comes alive/ When you get real close/ You gon’ be surprised/ If I get exposed/ ‘Cause you’re like a hit of ecstasy,” she sings on the track produced by Leather Jacket and Tommy Brown, and co-written by Ciara.

In a statement shared with Rolling Stone to promote the song, Ciara explained that the slow groove of “Ecstasy” harkens back to the classic “baby-making” R&B music.

“On every album having the ultimate slow R&B record is always a must for me,” Ciara said about the steamy track. “We call it baby-making music where I’m from! I can’t wait for the world to see the video and experience Ecstasy with me! The CiCi Way!”

Fans immediately joked about Russell Wilson plotting on baby number five.

After the release of the video, fans took to social media to give Ciara her 10s for dropping it low in video — and proving that wives, mothers and women in their 30s can still bring plenty of heat. As of now, there is no announcement about a forthcoming album, but fans will have the whole summer to slow wind and grind to this track.
